Joseph was able to tell us immediately that there were more competitive interest rates for our type of loan on the market. He was able to get us a loan over 1% cheaper with another lender. We subsequently signed over to the cheaper interest rate deal, offering more than a 1% rate reduction for our loan. Joseph organised this in one visit to our house at a time that suited us. He has also maintained regular contact via mail and e-mail so that when further questions have been raised, these have also been promptly answered. We found Joseph very professional and courteous in our dealings to refinance our mortgage. Nothing was too hard and all efforts were made on his behalf in assisting with our refinancing. Joseph presented us with some options that would best suit us towards our circumstances and banking requirements and allowed us to save four hundred dollars a month by combining our existing Personal Loans into our mortgage And refinancing our mortgage with a new bank. Joseph helped process all our documentation and lodgments to the bank and made the process absolutely hassle free.
